Injury Report - Wilson, Krahn, and Gazdic

While injury information is tough to come by, here's what I have on the various players injured on the Texas Stars roster.

Landon Wilson
Wilson, the Stars' captain, is still out with an aggravation of his earlier injury, reported previously as a "stomach strain". Wilson has only played in six games this season and will be out at least 6 more weeks recovering from a recent surgery to correct the issue.

Brent Krahn
Krahn is still suffering from the lower body injury that has sidelined him since November. The current timetable on his return is similar to that of Landon Wilson at 4 to 6 weeks.

Luke Gazdic
The fan favorite bruiser hasn't played since January 2nd in Manitoba. In that game, he suffered an upper body injury laying on a hit on Moose player Tom Maxwell. You can see the hit in the January 2nd game highlights here at about the 0:50 seconds mark. No timetable on his return to the lineup.

  1. Ouch...that Gazdic video looked painful. Heal up guys, we sure miss all three of you!

  2. Krahn has been out for awhile and now he is going to be out another 6 weeks. Any idea what specific injury he suffered?

Like what I saw from Ford Wednesday night. Wondering why Climie is struggling.

  3. I've heard from a couple of sources that Krahn is out with a groin injury.

  4. Hi StarryEyed,
I've heard that a bit too. Injury report is still 'lower body' though. Thanks for reading!
