Peters and Fortunus sent back to Texas Stars

Warren Peters and Maxime Fortunus have been re-assigned to the Texas Stars. This is good news for your Texas Stars if Peters and Fortunus can get back to Austin for tonight's game. Working to confirm if they will be in the lineup tonight... Here's the release from the Dallas Stars.
The Dallas Stars announced today that the club has assigned defenseman Maxime Fortunus and center Warren Peters to the Texas Stars, Dallas’ primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Fortunus, 26, was recalled on Jan. 8. He is scoreless in eight games with Dallas this season, having made his NHL debut on Dec. 19th against the Detroit Red Wings. The La Prairie, Quebec native has collected six goals and five assists in 34 games for the Texas Stars in 2009-10. Fortunus has played in 329 career AHL games, posting 26 goals and 60 assists in seven AHL seasons. The 6-1, 198-pound defenseman was signed as a free agent by Dallas on July 3, 2008.

Peters Peters, 27, was recalled to Dallas on Jan. 7. He has appeared in four games for Dallas this season, collecting a goal. Peters has played 32 games for Texas so far this season, recording 18 points (12g, 6a) and 21 penalty minutes. The 6-0, 198-pound center signed with Dallas as a free agent on July 6, 2009.
