Stars sign Ned Lukacevic to PTO

Just before the game tonight, Texas signed Ned Lukacevic to a professional tryout contract. Lukacevic has played in limited action this year with the Providence Bruins and is in his fourth professional season overall. He has been in the ECHL with the Las Vegas Wranglers, Glen Gulutzan's former team, for most of the year. Someone must be injured for such a late move to be made. No idea who though. Here's the mini-release, if you will:
Prior to the game, Texas added forward Ned Lukacevic, who has played most of the 2009-10 season with the Las Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL. In 61 games with the Wranglers, Lukacevic scored 28 goals and added 37 assists for 65 points. Also, the Podgorica, Serbia native played eight games with the AHL’s Providence Bruins this season, registering four points with two goals and two assists. The 24-year old was selected by the Los Angeles Kings in the fourth round (#110 overall) in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, and is currently in his fourth professional season.
