The Texas Stars Rick McLaughlin has confirmed that the Stars will formally propose the sale of the AHL's Iowa Chops to the Dallas Stars organization at tomorrow's AHL Board of Governors meeting. More information coming as this story develops, but for now it looks like the Texas Stars are going to get their franchise very soon.
