Peoria is not a team that anyone wants to face right now. After losing their first game in Manitoba, the Rivermen have rattled off six straight victories. Peoria owns the best record in the West Division and has gained it against mostly divisional opponents, cutting down Milwaukee, Rockford, Texas, San Antonio, and Houston in the past two weeks.

The Rivermen will be coming in on the second game of a three in three that will see them play each of the three Texas teams on successive days. Ben Bishop started Friday night in Houston and earned a 36 save shutout performance. Bishop has a straight on 2.00 GAA in 6 games with a .944 SV%. If the Stars face him, he is a tough goalie to beat right now. Backup Jake Allen has only started one game so far this season, a win against Houston.

After getting beat up by the Rivermen through 2 and a half periods on Sunday, Texas will do well to start the physicality early. It worked int he second half of the third and that's how you keep a high-flying offensive team down: play physically.
