Another game, another end to a season series. Chicago and Texas polish off their four-game set this evening in Rosemont. The Stars have dominated the season series against the Wolves by a 3-0 mark so far. After two one-goal games in Cedar Park, the Stars blanked the Wolves in Chicago on their last visit, 3-0. In fact, Texas has not lost to Chicago since March 2013.

The Wolves are looking to change that luck and have good signs they will. After losing to Texas 3-0 on March 19th, Chicago rattled off a seven game winning streak, which they are currently still on. The streak has fueled their reinvigorated playoff hopes. They sit in 7th place and are just 3 points behind Texas. Aside from an 8-4 win over Milwaukee, the margins have been tight on the games, so there is a chance for Texas to pounce here and break the streak.

One of Chicago's main weapons will not be in their arsenal tonight though as St. Louis recalled Ty Rattie to the NHL earlier this week. Rattie played against Dallas last night. He only had 8:49 of ice time and finished the game minus-1 with no points. At the AHL level, however, Rattie is a difference maker with 42 points this season. The Stars will be happy not to see him bearing down on their likely starter, Jack Campbell.
