Texas looks to retool after their game last night lacked the desired pep. Same opponent, but a different lineup.

Coach Laxdal expects to shift up his backend, possibly bringing in Zack Kamrass for his second AHL game. He's also looked to reunite the line of Cole Ully, Gemel Smith and Remi Elie, which played well last weekend for the team.

Overall, Laxdal is looking to increase the mobility in his backend. With San Diego clogging the neutral zone, you need fleet footed defenders to break through. Coach noted, "Our group was a little disconnected tonight. 3 played well, 3 struggled. We have to play better as a group."
