The Stars have had pretty remarkable success against the Condors this season. Coming into the final game between the two clubs, Texas has a shot at a perfect 6-0 record on the season. The only other team Texas has a perfect record against are the flailing Manitoba Moose.

The Condors and Stars are the two latest victims of the newly-hot San Antonio Rampage. Spencer Martin, the AHL's player of the week, won two of his three games on the week against these clubs. Speaking of goalies, tonight we should see Maxime Lagace return in net for the Stars.

The Condors are coming in on a losing streak, going 0-2-1 in their last three. A few more losses could put them very solidly outside the playoff picture with the crossover a high likelihood and the Barracuda still four games ahead of them according to the playoff projections.

Bako has been generous of late on the goals against. Six of their last eight games saw them allow four or more goals. With Texas now rolling Travis Morin and Greg Rallo back in the lineup, this could be a big opportunity to shake out the Stars' old scoring ways. Saturday night was a good preview of what this team can do when it's clicking.
