The Stars have picked up another player for their run to the Calder Cup, forward Cody Chupp out of Ferris State University. Chupp played four years for the Bulldogs, earning a total of 95 points in 144 career games. Chupp was the third leading scorer this year for Ferris State, which went 21-13-6. Current Stars center Greg Rallo also attended Ferris State for four years, leaving in 2006 around this same time of year to join the Idaho Steelheads for 7 regular season and 7 playoff games. Chupp will wear the number 15 for the Texas Stars.
