Grand Rapids' "Between the Benches" Is AHL's Answer to HBO 24/7

HBO 24/7: Road to the Winter Classic began this weekend. It's some of the absolute best hockey video work that you will ever see. In between Texas games here, and hopefully as your work schedule gets a little lighter, perhaps you'd like to take a look at the closest thing to an AHL equivalent of 24/7.

The Grand Rapids Griffins, who have always done an excellent job with social media, put together a series called "Between the Benches". It chronicles their trip to the Calder Cup with behind the scenes footage and interviews that give an amazing look at the AHL game. It includes a look at the OKC game that was delayed by flooding from the storms last spring, which is an interesting look.
