The Texas Stars, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Dallas Stars, announced today that Dallas has returned center Chris Mueller on loan to Texas.
Mueller, 28, was recalled by Dallas on March 11th and registered two shots on goal and won three-of-five faceoffs (60.0%) at St. Louis. He is fourth on Texas with 53 points (24 goals, 29 assists) in 57 games played and is tied for the AHL lead with 14 power play goals. The 5-foot-11, 210-pound native of West Seneca, New York was signed by Dallas as a free agent on July 8, 2013.
Peverly is out the rest of the season, so I expect that they'll keep Sceviour until they are out of the playoffs, at least, and maybe not even then. He finally made it!!!!
