AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX
After nearly a month between games for these two, the rivalry reignites. They've switched things up a bit in the standings. The last time they played, Texas was in 5th and San Antonio in 3rd. Now they've swapped.
For Texas, it's been a lot of hockey but they've managed a 6-3-1-1 record since last facing the Rampage. The Alamo City crew is 4-7 in the same time span, fueling their downward momentum in the standings. However, the Rampage are coming in hot. They've beaten the Condors by an 11-3 margin in their last two on Friday and Saturday.
Last night's game was a great one for the Rampage as Mikko Rantanen scored a natural hat trick to push them past Bakersfield 5-2. He doesn't seem like he'll be in San Antonio much longer at this rate.
