Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has recalled left wing Remi Elie from the Texas Stars, Dallas' top development affiliate in the American Hockey League.
Elie, 21, is tied for fourth on Texas with 25 points (8-17=25) in 49 games played this season. He has produced five points (2-3=5) in his last seven contests. In two professional seasons with Texas, he has registered 42 points (14-28=42) in 113 regular season games.
The 6-foot-1, 210-pound native of Cornwall, Ontario was originally selected by Dallas in the second round (40th overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft.
