The Stars jumped on the bus after last night's win and travel to play Chicago tonight. Texas and the Wolves last faced off on January 12th, a 4-2 day game win for Texas in Chicago. The Stars have a 4-0 record against the Wolves so far this season.

The Wolves played last night in Rockford, winning 4-3. Chicago surrendered all three goals on the power play. Overall, the Wolves have the worst PK record in the league. However, Texas isn't exactly hot stuff on the road power play, #28 of 30. The Wolves home is #2 in the league though, so Texas needs to watch out.

Last night's game for the Wolves was highlighted, or perhaps lowlighted, by game ending pugilism between Andre Deveaux and Kyle Hagel. Both earned misconducts with Hagel adding a game misconduct for spearing.

Overall, Texas is looking at the road trip as an opportunity. "Sometimes it's good to get out on the road," said forward Greg Rallo. "You have the opportunity to hang out with teammates and go out to dinners." Getting to know some of the new players will definitely be a big part of the trip.
