Forward Chris Mueller has been returned to the Texas Stars by Dallas. From what I understand this is not a paper transaction, but it is still uncertain if he will make it to Abbotsford in time for tonight's game against the Heat.

Here's the release:
The Texas Stars, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Dallas Stars, announced today that Dallas has returned center Chris Mueller has been returned on loan to Texas.

Mueller, 27, played in his second game of the season with Dallas Tuesday night at Columbus, logging 9:17 of ice time while recording one shot on goal and two hits. The Buffalo, New York native has appeared in two NHL games for the Stars this season recording two shot and winning five out of seven faceoffs (71.4%). Mueller is fourth on Texas and is tied for eighth in the AHL with 52 points (24 goals, 28 assists) in 56 games played. Mueller is tied for the league lead with 14 power play goals and is tied for fifth in the AHL in goals. The 5-foot-11, 210-pound center was signed by Dallas as a free agent on July 8, 2013.
